GE fly-over shows require a stable fast internet connection (preferably via fibre landline) and Google Earth to be installed. The shows will not work without them.
Once loaded the show will be available under 'Temporary Places'. If not already done so, the KMZ menu should be expanded. In the case of Libya no fly-over is available. The individual 'Summaries', and if you wish 'POIs' should be clicked to see relevant information.
For each of the two other shows the camera needs to be clicked to start the fly-over, as shown in the screenshot on the left. Once playing the show can be speeded up by repeatedly pressing the '>>' on the timeline, available if you hover over the bottom left of GE's display window, as shown on the right.
